Stockholm, November 9, 2021. Bodvár - House of Rosés, one of the world’s leading premium rosé wine brands, is increasing the pace of its international expansion. The company is now able to offer its products in 48 new markets in Latin America and the Caribbean through an exclusive distribution agreement with American Actium, an international distributor of luxury brands. Bodvár- House of Rosés is now taking the next step in its ambitious growth plan.
”The agreement with Actium is strategically very important and proof of the unique position that Bodvár House of Rosés has created as one of the few international premium rosé brands. We are experiencing strong growth and in 2021 alone we have grown by about 300 percent. Through this agreement, we accelerate the pace further and more than double our market presence. We can now offer our products with even greater strength”, says Ann Hafström, co-founder and CEO of Bodvár - House of Rosés.
Bodvár - House of Rosés is a Swedish company and has since its inception in 2007 established a global premium brand within one of the world’s most competitive wine segments. The success has been made possible thanks to a high-quality wine production in France, successful marketing and carefully selected collaborations with strategic partners and distributors.
Bodvár - House of Rosés has so far been present in 34 countries – now the number is increasing to 82. The US is the single most important market with many customers in the most exclusive segment, such as The Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Waldorf Astoria and Marriott. Bodvár - House of Rosés has also been named one of 80 ”top brands” by Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits, the largest beverage distributor in the United States. This in competition with over 5,000 brands. Today, the company produces five wines – several of them award-winning: Bodvàr No 1, No 5, No 7, No 8 and No 9.
Through the agreement with Actium, Bodvár - House of Rosés takes an important step in the company’s expansion plan. The goal is to significantly increase sales to more target groups and through additional distribution channels. Growth will occur both physically in existing and new markets and through e-commerce.
